UoS Patient Group

We would love for you to help us improve. We are setting up a UoS Patient Group and are interested in your ideas. This is your practice and we want to work with you.

To help us with this, we have set up a UoS Patient Group so that you can share your ideas. We will ask the members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you have received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time. We may set up online meetings to share ideas.

The UoS Patient Group (PG) is designed to encourage a two way conversation between the practice and our patients. Its aim is to create an environment in which the patients and practice can share its ideas with patients, and open a constructive discussion. They also engage with the practice to deliver constructive two-way feedback on patient and community needs, concerns and interests.

PG members are, where possible, there to support the Practice in; good health promotions, preventative medicine, health literacy, to collect patient opinions and experiences. This then aids the practice when it evaluates its services.

You can also hear about plans we have for the future and help shape those plans.
