CPCS Service

Do you know about the new GP CPCS service (Community Pharmacist Consultation Service)

The surgery can refer you to your local pharmacy, the pharmacist will offer you a private consultation, either by phone or face to face, for certain minor medical issues. Upon receipt of the referral the pharmacist will contact you within 2-3 hours. If they’re unable to help and you need to be seen by a doctor, the referral will be sent back to your GP to book you an appointment.

We have recently started using this service at our UoS Health Centre.
